The place was fairly nice and clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was good, with delicious meals available in the garden.

The centrality of the hotel, near to boulangeries, supermarkets, transport and the town.

Modern hotel, magnificent views and location is excellent near the center of the old town and Grenoble city centre. Overall the room is spotless, warm and includes multi-channel television, a dining area and a living area. The staff are great, managed the parking outside. Offers nice service and nice food. Overall good facilities, there's secure parking. Thank you for an excellent stay.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are equipped with a full kitchen, including a washing machine, making it convenient for longer stays. The location in the city center is perfect, providing easy access to everything Grenoble has to offer. Additionally, the staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.

They went above and beyond to assist me with my laundry needs and provided excellent local knowledge. The central location was perfect for exploring the town center and enjoying the nearby restaurants and Christmas market. The clean and comfortable hotel room had all the necessary amenities for a self-catering stay. And despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We wrote a previous letter about late arrival, despite of this the group could not get the roomkey.

The location and size of the apartments are very nice.

The internet connection is intermittent and very Slow. They are still using modems. If the connection has issues the staff is unresponsive and say - : well try again tomorrow. For business use - this is not acceptable.

Staying at Citadines was a fantastic experience. The location was amazing, just a stone's throw away from the city center and shopping precinct. The secure underground parking was very helpful, ensuring our car was safe throughout our stay. The apartment itself was spacious and well equipped, allowing us to prepare light meals with the hob and microwave provided. The bed was big and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the assistance we needed. Additionally, the two mini markets right opposite the hotel made it extremely convenient for us to buy groceries. a great place to book for both business and leisure trips in Grenoble.

Kitchen facilities but no wine bottle opener. Car parking was convenient.

We didn't expect an uncomfortable foldout bed in a room of this quality. There is no mention on the website that this room contained a fold out bed. We would never have booked this room if we had known this.

Having the kitchen let us save money on meals. There is a grocery right across the street. The launderette was very handy too, after almost a week of traveling.

It was very hot in the apartment, and there was only a small fan to use that was too noisy to run at night. We had to keep the door to the hall cracked open to allow for airflow through the place to cool it down. There was also very little soundproofing in the rooms, so bring your ear plugs! Finally one of the kitchen cabinet doors fell off, narrowing missing my husband while he was cooking dinner.

I recently had an excellent stay at a hotel in the center of the city. The value for money was fantastic, with prices that were very reasonable. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, with basic amenities provided and rooms that were clean and well-maintained. I particularly loved having a room with a kitchen next to the lounge, as it made my stay so convenient. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of. it was a great experience.

All in all, everything was just fine.

The apartment was a very good size, very clean and modern. It was well equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom and separate toilet. The pull out double bed was excellent and easy to use.

The only thing I would say is that in the very hot conditions we had, a small fan in the bedroom and lounge would have been ideal for the nights. We left the windows open during the night and got bitten by mosquitos but we still needed a fan to move the air a little.

Great location and spacious rooms with well-equipped kitchenettes. Opposite the building, there are two supermarkets where you can find anything one needs for a city break. the staff were friendly and polite.

Our stay was during a hot time, and the room was not provided with proper ventilation or air conditioning. The only option we had was a tiny and noisy fan that barely made any difference.
